Shipping policy
At Cura Kitchen, we strive to ensure that your meals are delivered fresh and on time. Here’s what you can expect from our delivery service:
Delivery Schedule:
- Delivery Days: We personally deliver meals every Tuesday morning between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Delivery Confirmation: To ensure a smooth delivery, our drivers will contact you by Monday before 5:00 PM to confirm a 30-minute delivery window.
- Delivery Methods: All meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to maintain freshness.
Timing Adjustments:
While we make every effort to deliver within the confirmed time frame, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause deliveries to be completed earlier or later than expected. If this occurs, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Instructions:
- If you will not be home during the delivery window, please inform us in advance. We will include extra ice packs to help keep your meals fresh until you return.
- You may also leave specific delivery instructions (e.g., where to leave the cooler bag) when placing your order.
Liability for Spoiled Meals:
We recommend that you promptly retrieve your meals upon delivery. If meals are left outside for more than 4 hours after delivery, we cannot be held liable for any spoiled products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or to pick up the cooler bag within the safe timeframe.
