Cura Kitchen offers five programs, all built on the same clean-ingredient foundation. Signature follows a Paleo diet and anchors our menu. Signature plus Grains aligns with a Mediterranean diet. Autoimmune is fully AIP-compliant. Carb Conscious is our keto and low-carb option. Plant-Based is our vegan option. You can switch programs at any time.

Yes. Cura Kitchen's Autoimmune Program is a fully AIP-compliant meal delivery service in the greater Phoenix area. These meals remove common inflammatory triggers including gluten, dairy, eggs, grains, legumes, nightshades, nuts, seeds, and refined sugar, while staying nutrient-dense with organic proteins and vegetables. Most fall around 350 to 500 calories with 30 to 40g of protein.

Yes. Every Cura Kitchen meal is made gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free by default, with no seed oils, refined sugar, gums, MSG, preservatives, or additives. Our Autoimmune (AIP) program goes further and also removes eggs, grains, legumes, nightshades, nuts, and seeds.

No. Cura Kitchen never cooks with seed oils. We prepare vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and proteins with avocado oil, selected to match the right cooking temperature for each food group and to stay below their smoke points

Alongside our five core meal plans, we partner with talented chefs across the Valley to feature their crafted dishes on our weekly menu, all made with the same clean, allergen-friendly ingredients we use in every meal. Cura Kitchen is locally owned and prepares every meal fresh in Phoenix for next-day delivery. We focus on organic and allergen-friendly ingredients, never use seed oils, make all of our sauces and seasonings in-house, and partner with local Valley chefs. It is a smaller, higher-touch approach built around food as medicine rather than scale.

Cura Kitchen was founded by Reid and Victoria, who built the company around a belief in the healing power of food and the idea that real, whole ingredients are the foundation of wellness.
